1 \u00bd cuil \u00e0 soupe de ghee ou d&rsquo;huile<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 2 oignons moyens finement hach\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 3 tomates moyennes pel\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 2 piments verts \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9s et hach\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 2 \u00bd cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de feuilles de coriandre hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\"><span class=\"textesouligne\">Massala <\/span>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 1 \u00bd cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de coriandre en poudre<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 2 cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; 1 cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment en poudre<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\">&#8211; \u00bd cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de garam masala<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" align=\"left\"><span class=\"textesouligne\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span> :<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211; Enduisez les aubergines d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile et faites-les cuire au charbon de bois ( ou au four)jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la peau noircisse et qu&rsquo;elles deviennent tendres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211; Epluchez-les, puis hachez grossi\u00e8rement la chair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211; Faites dorer les oignons dans le ghee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211; Ajoutez les ingr\u00e9dients du masala et laissez-les cuire 1 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211; Mettez les tomates et les piments et faites sauter 2 \u00e0 3 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211; Ajoutez les aubergines et le sel et faites les sauter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient s\u00e8ches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\">&#8211;
