Je travaille mes p\u00e2tes avec du <strong>levain<\/strong> et cuis dans un four \u00e0 sole \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une majorit\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients sont<strong> locaux<\/strong>\u00a0: Farine de bl\u00e9s anciens \u00e0 Lagardelle\/L\u00e9ze, Farine Petit \u00e9peautre \u00e0 Mirepoix, les \u0153ufs Auterive ainsi que l\u2019huile de tournesol de Muret.
